Mold Detection Reports

Our mold report is designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of mold growth in a building or home. The report is prepared by a trained professional who inspects the building for signs of mold growth and collects samples for laboratory testing with AI technology. The report includes information on the types of mold present, the extent of mold growth, and recommendations for remediation.

Reading a mold report can be complex so we simplified it making it easy to understand.

  1. Interpretation: The report should include a clear interpretation of the findings, including whether the mold present is normal or elevated, and whether there is a risk to human health.

  2. Sampling Locations: The report should list the locations where samples were taken, which can help identify the sources of mold growth.

  3. Types of Mold: The report should identify the specific types of mold found, as some molds can pose greater health risks than others.

  4. Concentration: The report should indicate the concentration of mold spores found in each sample. This information can help determine the severity of the mold problem.

  5. Recommendations: The report should include recommendations for remediation or mitigation, such as improving ventilation, removing damaged materials, or hiring a professional to clean and remediate the mold.
